General principles

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it confidentially and in accordance with statutory provisions. This policy describes which data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose this happens and which rights you have.

You can use this website without providing personal data. Your data is only passed on to third parties in the cases described below.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external service provider in Germany (STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with this provider.

When you access the website, the server automatically collects and stores information in what are known as server log files, which your browser transmits:

• volume of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval

This data is not merged with other data sources and serves exclusively the technical operation, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing this website free of error and securely. The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected, as a rule after seven days at the latest.

For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that your browser’s address bar begins with „https://“ and displays a padlock symbol. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Contacting us by e-mail

On this website we offer you the option of contacting us via the e-mail addresses provided. We do not use a contact form.

If you write to us by e-mail, we process the data you transmit – in particular your e-mail address, your name, your company and the content of your message – exclusively in order to handle your enquiry and to deal with any follow-up questions.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Your data is deleted as soon as your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes. Technically necessary cookies may be set only when people log in to the administration area of the website; they serve solely functionality and security and are not used to evaluate user behavior. The legal basis is Section 25 (2) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

No analytics or tracking tools

We do not use any web analytics services, advertising or conversion pixels, or social media plug-ins on this website. No profiling and no automated decision-making takes place.
